Refund and Cancellations
You can cancel your order at any time prior to your product dispatch or your installation date, regardless of the reason and without any cancellation fees. Please email us directly at, [email protected], confirming your order number, postcode, full name, and reason for cancellation.
Once your cancellation email has been received, we will process your refund within 14 days.
We do not offer any refunds for any EV charger after installation.
If your product delivers a fault, please contact us right away. We will attempt to fix any fault remotely or if needed we will conduct a site visit. Site visits may be charged depending on the fault reason. To report a fault, please email us directly at, [email protected], confirming your order
number, postcode, full name, and fault you are receiving. We will endeavour to deal with your issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. We will deal with the resolutions to the timelines outlined by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our terms do not affect your legal rights.
We will install and commission every EV charger to the manufacturer’s recommendations and regulatory standards.
